By connecting your Google account to Rhoin, you agree to be bound by these Google Integration Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the Google integration features within the Rhoin platform. You also agree to comply with Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The Google integration allows Rhoin to access your Google Calendar to provide automated scheduling, availability checking, and Google Meet link generation. This service is provided to streamline your client onboarding and meeting management processes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials. You agree to grant Rhoin only the permissions necessary to perform the intended functions. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Our use of your Google data is governed by our Google Privacy Policy. We will not use your data for any purpose other than providing the services you have explicitly authorized. Rhoin's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Rhoin is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or from any issues originating from Google's services. The integration is provided "as is," and we make no warranty regarding its reliability or availability.
You may disconnect your Google account from Rhoin at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the integration service for any user who violates these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Google integration after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
