This Privacy Policy explains how Rhoin ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information obtained from your Google account when you choose to connect it to our services. By integrating your Google account, you allow Rhoin to access certain data to provide features like calendar synchronization and meeting scheduling.

Information We Collect from Google

When you authorize Rhoin to access your Google account, we may collect the following information:

• Profile Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture.
• Calendar Data: Access to your Google Calendar to view busy/free times, create new events (meetings), and manage events created by Rhoin. We only read event titles and times to avoid conflicts and do not store details of your personal events.
• Authentication Tokens: We securely store OAuth 2.0 tokens that allow us to access your Google account on your behalf. These tokens are encrypted and protected.

How We Use Your Google Information

We use the information from your Google account for the following purposes:

• To enable you to schedule meetings with your clients directly into your Google Calendar.
• To automatically create Google Meet links for scheduled meetings.
• To check your availability and prevent booking conflicts.
• To display your profile information within the Rhoin application.

Rhoin's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Google information to outside parties. Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Rhoin service features you have chosen to use.

Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and all communication with Google's servers is secured using TLS.

Your Choices

You can revoke Rhoin's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account's security settings page or directly from the settings within the Rhoin application. If you disconnect your account, we will delete the stored authentication tokens.
